Get Home Group collects personal information so we can review rental inquiries and applications. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Names and contact details for each adult in the household, such as phone number and email address.
- Household details: number of adults, children, pets (weight, breed, training) and vehicles.
- Income and employment details: employer, monthly pay, time at the job, and manager contact.
- Your current address, how long you have lived there, your current rent, landlord contact, reason for moving and desired move-in date.
- Documents you upload, such as a photo ID and proof of income for each adult.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a showing, and review your rental or purchase application.
- To verify the information you provide, including employment and rental history, where you have authorized it.
- To contact you about the property you asked about and the status of your application.
Who can see it
- Your information is shared only with the property owner or manager and the people directly involved in the decision on your application.
- We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How it is stored and how long
- Information and uploaded documents are stored on secured services with restricted access.
- We keep application information for up to 5 Years after a decision, unless a longer period is required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to moshe6956@gmail.com and we will respond.
- Providing the information is voluntary, but we may not be able to process an application without it.
