Who we are

  • GET HOME GROUP ("we") operates this website. When you use it, you are contracting with GET HOME GROUP.
  • By continuing to use the site you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to act for the organization you represent.

The service

  • We show rental and sale listings, let you request viewings, submit rental applications, and pay for and authorize a tenant credit check.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for anything submitted with your email or application link.

Acceptable use

  • You must not use the site unlawfully, submit fraudulent or someone else's information, send spam, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing limits).

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For eligible transactions, Stripe handles tax compliance, fraud protection, and payment-related customer inquiries on our behalf.
  • Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Stripe's terms: https://stripe.com/legal. See also our Refund policy.

Ownership

  • GET HOME GROUP owns the site, its software, content and branding. You may use it only for its intended purpose and may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

No guarantee

  • The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any application will be approved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months, except where the law does not allow such limits.

Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations.
